Throughout the entire process they were timely in responding, patient with me on responding back and explained everything that was going on or that was going to happen. Good customer interface, they kept me abreast of changes and sought my input. They worked well with Farmers Insurance company for the hail claim to ensure I was compensated for all damage. The finished product was excellent. I have noticed the house is much warmer now since they brought the house up to code by adding outside insulation including house rap under the new siding for no extra cost.

Can’t say enough about 123 and Joe. They not only did a great job on my homes but they assisted with the insurance end as well. Everything went well. If you have any concerns about 123, you shouldn’t.
