Erica and her team were 100% professional throughout our entire process of replacing our roof, soffits, and fascia. Erica was so helpful an reassuring as we dealt with insurance. Her humor eased our stress and made this process seamless. Erica and Marco were available any time for questions or concerns. The work looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier!

My experience with 123 Exteriors was excellent! Throughout the entire process they were timely in responding, patient with me on responding back and explained everything that was going on or that was going to happen. When it was time for the roof work, they scheduled it quickly and were done in a day. I’ve had no issues with the work or 123 Exteriors during the time they worked with me. I would recommend them to others who are looking, and I’ll be keeping them in mind for future work.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the very end. The installers were on time, efficient, cleaned up the area and I never saw any of the installers smoking or cursing.,

123 Exteriors went above and beyond, ultimately convincing my insurance provider to pay for some items that they initially were not going to cover. Always nice to be able to rely on your contractor to argue with insurance adjusters on your behalf! New roof looks great and was done in a day. Thanks to Andrew and his team!

Good customer interface, they kept me abreast of changes and sought my input. They worked well with Farmers Insurance company for the hail claim to ensure I was compensated for all damage. The finished product was excellent. I have noticed the house is much warmer now since they brought the house up to code by adding outside insulation including house rap under the new siding for no extra cost.

Can’t say enough about 123 and Joe. They not only did a great job on my homes but they assisted with the insurance end as well. Everything went well. If you have any concerns about 123, you shouldn’t.
