Notice to State of Iowa Customers

Our customers are receiving the below notice from their local government regarding mechanic’s notice and lien registry.

This does not mean that 123 Exteriors has placed a lien on your property at this time. As part of Iowa state mandate, we are required to file the commencement of work being done on the Mechanic’s Notice and Lien Registry Website.

Again, this does not mean that our company has filed a lien at this time, only that we are registering to produce work on your property.
