JOE BEGAN HIS 123 JOURNEY AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN THE WAUKESHA, WI OFFICE IN 2013, WHICH LED TO A PROMOTION TO GENERAL MANAGER ONE YEAR LATER. TODAY, JOE IS OUR FIRST REGIONAL MANAGER OF THE COMPANY, MANAGING THE MILWAUKEE office AND ASSISTING OTHER OFFICES WITH BUILDING SALES TEAMS. IN HIS SPARE TIME, JOE LIKES TO TRAVEL AND ENJOYS PLAYING GOLF AT DIFFERENT COURSES.
ERICA REED | Vice President of Construction Operations
ERICA JOINED THE CHICAGOLAND OFFICE AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN 2014. WITHIN TWO YEARS, ERICA BECAME THE FIRST FEMALE GENERAL MANAGER FOR 123, MANAGING ONE OF OUR HIGHEST SELLING OFFICES. Today, Erica is our Vice President of Operations, managing the Day-to-day operations, overseeing multiple office locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. WHEN SHE ISN’T ENJOYING THE SMILES OF HER HOMEOWNER REACTIONS TO THEIR EXTERIORS HOME RENOVATIONS, YOU CAN FIND ERICA BOATING AND TRAVELING.
MICHELLE JOSEPH | Administrative Manager
MICHELLE JOINED 123 EXTERIORS IN MARCH 2020 AS THE BENEFITS AND BILLING COORDINATOR. SHE BRINGS MANY YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND A RECENT MBA TO THE COMPANY. OUTSIDE OF WORK MICHELLE ENJOYS SPENDING TIME WITH HER FAMILY, FRIENDS, TWO BEAGLES AND CREATING STAINED GLASS ART.
Ted Belt | Regional sales manager - ohio
Ted has been in the building & construction industry most of his adult life – starting with windows, then building supplies, door manufacturing, owning a landscape company, and then building a commercial install division – before coming to 123 in 2021. He began as Cincinnati’s Sales Manager and has advanced to Regional Sales Manager – Ohio.
Ted is a family man and truly enjoys spending time with his blended family. In the winter, he enjoys coaching his boys at basketball and volunteering with the youth basketball in his town. In the summer, you’ll find him at the pool with his kids, doing yard work, and trying out new restaurants with his wife.
polly austin | Senior Sales Coordinator
Polly started her journey with 123 Exteriors as the Office Manager for the Wisconsin office in summer of 2019. She soon took on the role of SENIOR Sales Coordinator, becoming an integral part of the company’s billing and invoicing division. When she is not with her 123 work family, you will find Polly spending time with her six boys cooking, doing art projects and building with Legos.
Jake Schach | Construction Operations Coordinator
Jake joined our 123 Exteriors team as the Assistant Operations Manager at our Milwaukee, WI office and worked his way up to the corporate team. Outside the office, Jake stays on the go by traveling and enjoying the great outdoors with his three dogs.
