  • Advise you on any questions you have based on our prior experience.
     
  • Fill out or assist you in filling out necessary documentation when you provide a copy of it to us.
     
  • Fax any necessary claim documentation in for you to save on postage transit times and paying for extra stamps.
     
  • FedEx expedited shipping of claim checks to your lender’s processing center is offered at no extra charge to you. (If your mortgage company is listed as a payee).
    • This will help speed up delivery of the insurance check to the lender and will ensure a traceable shipping option.
  • Make calls on your behalf to your lender’s processing department to help in the processing of your insurance claim funds at no additional charge to you.
