How We Are Different: We Don’t Just Work Here, We Live Here

123 Exteriors proudly offers permanent offices throughout the Midwest, to better serve homeowners. We don’t just work in these local communities, we live and raise our families in them.

Since we first opened our doors in Chicagoland a decade ago, our local business model has allowed us to develop relationships with the communities that we serve, not only through our work, but community service as well

Nationwide, 123 Exteriors offices take pride in charitable giving and giving back through various community service efforts.

On a monthly basis, each office sets aside time to volunteer at a local charity of their choice. Recently, the 123 Exteriors Chicagoland team helped give back to their local Northern Illinois Food Bank where they sorted, inspected and distributed food.

During the holiday season, 123 offices collect donations for local food banks to help families in need. From collecting donations in local offices, to 123 Exteriors staff picking up donations of personal care items and food from homeowners, each year, we support five food banks across the United States.

2016 marks the second year that the Milwaukee office will host its roof giveaway. Last year, we were able to help a Waukesha family who was in desperate need of a new roof. Due to the age and deterioration of their roof, if they didn’t get it replaced, their homeowner’s insurance coverage would be dropped. With the help ofRichards Building Supply and IKO, we were able to replace their roof.

123 Exteriors also strongly believes in education and supports local schools and students through scholarships. Recently, our efforts have allowed our scholarship student Jon to receive the quality education he deserves at Chaminade College Preparatory School in St. Louis.
