Mike attended San Jose St. College in San Jose, CA.
He has 7 years of experience working in the exterior
restoration business. 4 of those 7 years Mike was with
a national publicly traded company. 1 and a half of
those 4 years Mike worked as an insurance specialist,
inspecting homes as a professional contractor. For 2
and a half of those years he worked in management.
Mike resigned as the General Manager of the national
company. He also served one year as a production
manager in Gathersburg, Maryland. Mike was born
and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He also got his start
there, working for 2 years as an Insurance Specialist.

1986 appointed Deputy Chief Investigator
1982 started buying and rehabilitating properties around the Chicagoland area
1998 resigned from the Sheriffs Department to start All Hands on Deck! Inc, designing and
constructing high end custom decks, screen rooms and gazebos. Juan Continued with All
hands on Deck! and in 1999 started Amazing Concrete Improvements! Inc, repairing and
resurfacing concrete substrates to a like new condition. This company went national to
include the repair and resurfacing of the main staircases at the St. Louis Arch for the
National Park Service.
